For warehouse projects built around occupancy sensing, daylight response, switching groups or long-hour energy control.
Warehouse lighting control systems
Lumenloop manufactures built-to-order industrial luminaires for warehouse aisles, loading bays, storage areas and service spaces where occupancy patterns, long operating hours, daylight, emergency provision and mounting height need one joined-up control strategy.
Keep the control strategy tied to mounting height, beam distribution, aisle layout and maintenance access rather than treating controls as an afterthought.
Support retrofit and replacement projects where the savings case depends on both the luminaire and the control logic.
Warehouse luminaires and control options
Compare high-bay lighting for warehouse aisles, LED battens for lower mounting positions and bulkheads for service spaces. Control options vary by product and driver: confirm the selected configuration before ordering. Open each range for datasheets and specification details.
HighRack is an industrial LED high-bay luminaire for warehouse aisles, high-rack storage and industrial halls. Confirm the driver, sensor option and detection coverage for the mounting height before specifying the controls.
Warehouse Lighting Control Systems AegisAegis is an IP65 / IK08 LED batten in 4ft and 5ft lengths. Options include occupancy switching or dimming, SwitchDIM, DALI, DSI and Casambi. Integral emergency and DALI emergency options are specified separately.
Warehouse Lighting Control Systems GlideGlide is a 4ft LED batten with Tridonic technology for fluorescent replacement and commercial spaces. DALI, sensor and emergency options are available; confirm the required driver and sensing arrangement with the luminaire order.
Warehouse Lighting Control Systems HarborHarbor is an IP65 / IK10 LED bulkhead for areas needing dust, moisture and impact protection. Review the product options before including it in a sensor-controlled service area or circulation route.
Warehouse Lighting Control Systems TitanTitan is an IP54 industrial LED bulkhead for commercial service spaces. Check the selected model's control and emergency options separately from the warehouse high-bay lighting.
Warehouse Lighting Control Systems Uni-FitUni-Fit is an LED linear luminaire for education and classroom lighting. Consider it for training rooms within a larger industrial facility; confirm control compatibility for that room's specification.
Choose occupancy sensing, DALI or wireless lighting controls
Warehouse lighting control systems need to reflect how the site is used: aisles, dispatch, service spaces, loading areas and mixed-occupancy zones rarely need the same control pattern. Emergency lighting and its testing arrangement require a separate specification; normal DALI dimming alone does not provide emergency testing.
Record operating hours and aisle occupancy, then choose switching or dimming for each zone. Aegis offers both occupancy options. Specify sensor coverage, time delay and the required unoccupied light level. Where daylight enters, confirm a daylight-capable sensor and compatible dimming driver rather than assuming every occupancy sensor measures daylight.
Aegis offers DALI, SwitchDIM and DSI options; Glide offers DALI. These control methods have different wiring and commissioning requirements. Identify the existing system, cable provision and switching groups before selecting the driver. For a DALI installation, include the control gear, sensors and commissioning requirements in the quotation brief.
Aegis is available with a Casambi option. Request the matching control configuration and confirm sensor, switch and network requirements for the building. Wireless control still requires a mains supply; it is not a direct substitute for a DALI driver or a guarantee that existing fittings can join the system.
Request a warehouse lighting controls quotation
Send the mounting height, racking layout, approximate quantities, operating hours and existing control system, if known. Note which zones need occupancy sensing, daylight dimming or emergency lighting. An outline brief is enough to start; include drawings or a fitting schedule if available.
