Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery for Lumenloop commercial lighting orders depends on product configuration, project quantity, carrier availability and the delivery location confirmed at order stage.

Processing times

Orders are processed after written order acceptance and payment confirmation, unless alternative credit or payment terms have been agreed in writing. Built-to-order and project-configured luminaires may require production time before dispatch.

If high order volumes, component availability or project-specific requirements affect the expected dispatch timeline, Lumenloop will notify the customer of significant changes where practical.

Shipping methods and transit times

Lumenloop uses reputable carriers and freight partners selected according to order size, product type and delivery location. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier capacity, weather, customs, site access or events outside Lumenloop's control.

Shipping charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to order size, weight, dimensions, destination and handling requirements. Charges are normally confirmed in the quotation, order acknowledgement or invoice rather than through a public checkout.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees or local charges for non-UK deliveries are the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Order tracking

Where carrier tracking is available, Lumenloop will provide tracking or delivery information after dispatch.

Address accuracy and site access

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact details, unloading information and any site access restrictions. Lumenloop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete delivery information.

Risk of loss

Risk in the goods passes as set out in the applicable quotation, order acknowledgement or Terms & Conditions. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, Lumenloop will assist with reasonable carrier documentation where required.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Orders should be inspected on delivery. Any visible damage, missing items or incorrect items should be reported to Lumenloop within five business days of delivery, with photographs and relevant delivery documentation where possible.

International shipping

Lumenloop may ship to selected international locations. Customers are responsible for checking that products can be legally imported and used in the destination country.
