Unified Glare Rating (UGR) assesses discomfort glare. A low-glare optic is one part of an office lighting design; the installed result also depends on the room and luminaire layout.
UGR<19 panel data describes performance under stated calculation conditions. Room dimensions, panel spacing, viewing direction and the reflectance of walls, ceiling and floor affect the installed result. Use the selected panel’s photometric data for the lighting calculation.
CIBSE Lighting Guide 7 covers office lighting, including glare and illumination. A panel’s LG7 designation does not establish that the complete room meets the guidance. Assess the chosen optic, light distribution and installation together.
600x600 describes the nominal ceiling module, rather than every panel’s exact body size. Edge-Lite and Aurora have 595 × 595 mm faces. Check the luminaire dimensions, ceiling grid and any surface, plasterboard or suspension accessories for the selected range.

DALI dimming requires the specified DALI driver and control wiring. Casambi provides wireless control with the matching driver arrangement. Fixed-output versions suit standard switching. Emergency conversion is a separate option: three-hour, self-test and DALI emergency choices vary by panel range.
