A non-standard RAL finish can help luminaires sit deliberately within exposed services, feature ceilings and brand-led interiors. It must still be coordinated with the right output, mounting, reflector and control arrangement.
The verified set is intentionally narrow. Lumen and Lumen Suspended cover the compact 1025–2400 lm range. Optima and Optima Suspended extend the choice to 3800 lm in a 200 mm diameter form.

Lumen and Lumen Suspended
The current family data uses a nominal 40° reflector across the 1025–2400 lm range. Surface and suspended versions share the same photometry and BIM package.
Optima and Optima Suspended
The standard Optima data uses a nominal 60° satin-etched reflector; suspended models also list 40°, 50° and 60° choices. Confirm the selected optic against the exact model code.

Can every luminaire be ordered in any RAL colour?
No. This comparison covers four families with documented RAL availability. Other products require separate confirmation.
Is a custom RAL finish a stocked option?
Do not assume it is stocked. Send the reference, quantity and required date so availability can be checked.
Does the finish change the lighting specification?
The finish does not replace decisions about output, CCT, reflector, mounting, controls or emergency operation.
What is the lead time for a custom RAL finish?
Allow approximately 20–25 working days from approval of the final RAL reference and order details. Confirm the date when ordering because product, quantity and production capacity can affect the programme.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Provide the RAL reference, luminaire family, quantity, mounting, output, CCT, reflector, controls, emergency requirements and required delivery date.
Can surface and suspended luminaires use the same RAL colour?

Does the RAL colour determine the beam or output?
No. Housing colour and lighting performance are separate choices. Specify the required output, CCT, reflector and controls alongside the RAL reference.
