A practical starting point
General corridor fittings provide the normal day-to-day illumination. Emergency provision is selected for the emergency lighting scheme and its testing arrangement; it is not a substitute for the normal lighting design. Where an integral emergency option is suitable, it must be specified against the exact luminaire and project requirements.

Confirm whether a wall or ceiling position is available, what the fixing surface allows, and how the fitting will be accessed for installation and maintenance. Titan is listed for wall or ceiling mounting; other arrangements should be checked against the selected product information.
